REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 13-102 RESPECTING SYSTEM FEES FOR SEDAR AND NRD1 Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (9))

Appendix B of Regulation 13-102 respecting System Fees for SEDAR and NRD
(chapter V-1.1, r. 21) is amended by replacing the row corresponding to item 3 with the following:

This Regulation comes into force on (indicate here the date of coming into force of this
