REGULATION TO AMEND REGULATION 14-101 RESPECTING DEFINITIONS Securities Act (chapter V-1.1, s. 331.1, par. (34))

Section 1.1 of Regulation 14-101 respecting Definitions (chapter V-1.1, r. 3) is
amended by inserting, in paragraph (3) and after the definition of the expression “dealer registration requirement”, the following:
““designated website” of an investment fund means a website designated by the fund under subsection 16.1.2(1) of Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure (c. V-1.1, r. 42);”.
