Application for Transfer of Securities Outside the Trading System
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka requires approval for off-the-floor transfers of listed securities when no express trading procedure exists. Applicants must submit a completed form with certified documentary evidence, such as proof of relationship for gifts or corporate seals for entities, through a licensed stock broker. The Commission mandates specific signature verifications by Commissioners for Oaths and reserves the right to request additional information or impose administrative charges.
