Final Report on Consumer Testing of SFDR Disclosures in Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, and France
The Joint Committee issued this final report detailing consumer testing results for Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) disclosures conducted in Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, and France. The testing was carried out by national entities including Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Szkoła Główna Handlowa w Warszawie, Autoriteit Financiële Markten, and Autorité des marchés financiers. These findings support the review of Pre-Contractual Information (PAI) and financial product disclosures within the SFDR Delegated Regulation.
