Circular No. 175 Specialized Professional Certifications
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 175/2021 to formally recognize the ACI Dealing certification as an approved specialized professional qualification for its Treasury and Investment Department and Treasury Supervision divisions. This directive updates the official appendix of certified professional qualifications under Article 3, Clause 2 of Instructions No. 03 of 2019, supplementing the framework established in Circular No. 2020/253. All Palestinian banks are notified to align their internal compliance and staffing requirements for treasury operations with this newly authorized certification.
