Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you,

Subject: Holidays for the Blessed Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha for the Year 1443H.

Based on Article Twenty-One of the Financing Companies Supervision System, and Article Two of the Executive Regulations of the Financing Companies Supervision System, the Saudi Central Bank confirms compliance with the following:

First: The Eid al-Fitr holiday begins at the end of business on Thursday, 27/09/1443H corresponding to 28/04/2022G, and financing companies resume operations on Sunday, 07/10/1443H corresponding to 08/05/2022G (according to the Umm al-Qura calendar).

Second: The Eid al-Adha holiday begins at the end of business on Wednesday, 07/12/1443H corresponding to 06/07/2022G, and financing companies resume operations on Wednesday, 14/12/1443H corresponding to 13/07/2022G (according to the Umm al-Qura calendar).
