Examination Fees Repealed Under the Small Loan Act

The Bureau of Loans, under Supervisor Scott Corscadden, repealed regulation 155-2-3-.10 regarding examination fees for the Small Loan Act. This action was taken pursuant to the statutory authority granted by the Code of Alabama 1975. The repeal became effective on January 1, 2020, ending the previous fee requirements established in 1997.
