External Financial Relations Act 1994 (Wfbb)
The External Financial Relations Act 1994 establishes rules for compiling the Dutch balance of payments. It requires residents to submit information and data to De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) relevant to this compilation, in accordance with DNB's instructions. Additionally, DNB provides this information to the Minister of Finance to determine general policy regarding the Netherlands' financial relations with other Member States and third countries.
