Balance of Payments Reporting Instructions 2022 (RI 2022)
Residents must submit information and data to De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) relevant to the compilation of the Dutch balance of payments, pursuant to Article 7 of the External Financial Relations Act 1994. These reporting requirements are elaborated in the Balance of Payments Reporting Instructions 2022 (RI 2022). The data collected is used to determine the international investment position of the Netherlands and to meet DNB's obligations to the European Central Bank.
