EXTRACT from CNPF DECISION
No. 51/2 of 5 November 2024 regarding the approval of the application for authorization of Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL" as a provider of participatory financing services

1. Based on Article 8 letters c) and m), Article 20 paragraph (1) and Article 22 paragraph (3) of Law No. 192/1998 on the National Financial Market Commission, Articles 2, 7, 39, 40 paragraph (1) and 42 of Law No. 181/2023 on participatory financing services, points 11, 12 and Chapter III of the Regulation on the authorization of providers of participatory financing services (CNPF Decision No. 91/2024), points 16, 19 and 21 of the Regulation on the organization and functioning of the National Financial Market Commission (CNPF Decision No. 571/11/2022),

The National Financial Market Commission DECIDES:

1. Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL" (commercial name FAGURA, IDNO 1024600049862, legal address: MD-2069, Republic of Moldova, Chisinau municipality, Calea Iezilor street 10B, floor 4, Acvila, official website: www.fagura.com) is authorized as a provider of participatory financing services for the provision of:
   1) participatory financing services based on loans, including the administration of loan portfolios;
   2) other services and activities:
   a) applying creditworthiness assessment to participatory financing projects; b) suggesting the price and/or interest rate for participatory financing offers; c) using a rating system.

2. Mr. Tudor Darie is approved as the administrator of Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL".

3. Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL" is registered in the Registry of providers of participatory financing services with the corresponding data entry.

4. Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL" shall pay to the budget of the National Financial Market Commission, within 10 days, the fee for the approval of the responsible person, in the amount of 2,000 lei.

5. Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL" shall submit to the CNPF the application for obtaining prior approval regarding the outsourcing of services specified in the authorization application as a provider of participatory financing services.

6. Any modification of the documents that served as the basis for the authorization of Limited Liability Company "FAGURA CAPITAL" shall be subject to authorization or, where applicable, notification to the CNPF, in accordance with legislative provisions.

7. Control over the implementation of this Decision is assigned to the Capital Market Department.

8. This Decision may be contested by submitting a prior application to the CNPF (MD-2012, Chisinau municipality, Stefan cel Mare and Sfint street, No. 77), within 30 days from the date of notification.

9. This Decision enters into force on the date of adoption, is communicated to the recipient in accordance with legislation, and its Extract is published in the Official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova and on the official website of the CNPF (www.cnpf.md).
