Notice on Filing Annual Returns and Documents for Qu ébec Life and Health Insurers – Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2021
The Autorité des marchés financiers mandates that all Québec-authorized life and health insurers electronically submit their annual returns, audited financial statements, and actuarial reports for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021. Submissions must utilize AMF E-Services within sixty days of year-end, strictly following the prescribed file formats, codes, and compliance attestations detailed in the attached appendices.
