FDIC Proposed Reporting Forms and Instructions for GENIUS Act Stablecoin Issuers
The FDIC proposes weekly and quarterly reporting forms for FDIC-supervised Permitted Payment Stablecoin Issuers (PPSIs) to implement requirements under the GENIUS Act. The proposal includes a standard weekly confidential report, a quarterly report, and a short-form weekly report for eligible PPSIs. Comments on these forms and instructions are due 60 days after publication in the Federal Register.
