Discount claims against export trade
Attention of Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited to FE Circular No. 37, dated December 15, 2022 in terms of which discount claims against exports of leather goods have been brought under the purview of Discount Committee.
02. Now it has been decided to include footwear, produced from leather within the
purview of Discount Committee. In accordance with the decision, ADs may submit applications for discount claims against export of leather goods and footwear produced from leather to Discount Committee through Foreign Exchange Policy Department at Bangladesh Bank, Head Office in compliance with usual formalities and procedures.
