FEPD Circular Letter No. 09: Release of foreign exchange for online study abroad
Authorized Dealers in Bangladesh are permitted to continue effecting outward remittances for study abroad under online teaching arrangements for two additional semesters or sessions. This authorization extends the validity of previous allowances, which expired on March 31, 2021, and remains effective until September 30, 2021. The remittances are subject to the observance of usual regulatory instructions and the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions- 2018.
