FEPD Circular Letter No. 27: Release of foreign exchange for online study abroad
Authorized Dealers in Bangladesh may continue to effect outward remittances for study abroad under online teaching arrangements for another two semesters or sessions. This authorization extends the previous validity period, which ended on September 30, 2021, and remains effective until March 31, 2022. The remittances are subject to the observance of usual regulatory instructions and supporting documents as per the Guidelines for Foreign Exchange Transactions- 2018.
