FEPD Circular No. 30: Consideration of applications for export subsidies/cash incentives during unrealized period of export proceeds
Exporters with unrealized export proceeds for the past two years due to justified reasons are prohibited from submitting applications for export subsidies or cash incentives unless the Bangladesh Bank or the Discount Committee has approved the repatriation or regularization of those proceeds. This directive amends the instructions previously issued in FEPD Circular No. 30 (November 11, 2001) and FEPD Circular No. 31 (December 27, 2001). Authorized dealers handling foreign exchange transactions must enforce these amended guidelines.
