Final: 103 Freedom of Information Act Requests
The Office of the State Bank Commissioner amended Sections 4.2 and 4.3 of Regulation 103 to extend the deadline for responding to Freedom of Information Act requests from ten working days to fifteen business days. These changes conform the regulation to amendments in Section 10003 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code. The amendments became effective on July 11, 2011.
