Final: 1201 Policies and Procedures Regarding FOIA Requests
The State Bank Commissioner adopts amended Regulations 801, 1101, 1104, 1105, 1107, 1108, 1111, 1112, 1113, 1114, and 1201 to update the Office’s mailing and delivery addresses and remove references to former regulation numbers. These nonsubstantive changes become effective on October 11, 2020. The underlying Regulation 1201 establishes procedures for responding to Freedom of Information Act requests, including a fifteen-business-day response deadline, specific photocopying and administrative fee structures, and exemptions for confidential supervisory information.
