Final: 2201 Operating Regulation
The State Bank Commissioner adopts amendments to Regulations 2101, 2201, 2701, and 2901 to delete license display requirements in conformity with House Bill 286. These changes align the regulations with statutory amendments to Sections 2106, 2206(a), 2719, and 2902 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code. The effective date for these adopted regulations is October 13, 2016.
