Final: 2901 Operating Regulation
The State Bank Commissioner adopts amendments to Regulations 2101, 2201, 2701, and 2901 to conform with House Bill 286 by deleting license display requirements. These changes remove Section 3.0 or related sections from each regulation to align with statutory amendments to Sections 2106, 2206(a), 2719, and 2902 of Title 5 of the Delaware Code. The effective date for these adopted regulations is October 13, 2016.
