Final: 708 Establishment of a Branch Office by a Bank or Trust Company (5 Del.C. §770(a))
The State Bank Commissioner adopts amended regulation 708 and new regulations 714 and 1113, with an effective date of September 11, 2004. Amended regulation 708 establishes procedures for banks and trust companies to apply for branch office authority under 5 Del.C. §770(a), requiring a $250 non-refundable fee, public notice in two newspapers, and opening within one year of approval. New regulation 714 separately covers applications for mobile branch offices under Section 770(c), while regulation 1113 is also adopted as part of this order.
