Final: 801 Application to Become a Delaware Bank Holding Company
The State Bank Commissioner adopts amended Regulations 801, 1101, 1104, 1105, 1107, 1108, 1111, 1112, 1113, 1114, and 1201, effective October 11, 2020. The amendments primarily update the Office of the State Bank Commissioner’s mailing and delivery addresses and remove references to former regulation numbers. Regulation 801 establishes procedures for bank holding companies with Delaware bank subsidiaries to become Delaware bank holding companies, requiring a Notice of Intent filed in duplicate with specified exhibits and a total filing fee of $6,900. The Commissioner may require additional information, determine confidentiality, and conduct public hearings if necessary.
