Final Order Adopting Amended Regulations for Franchise Tax Reports of Out-of-State Bank Branches
The State Bank Commissioner adopts amended Regulations 801, 1101, 1104, 1105, 1107, 1108, 1111, 1112, 1113, 1114, and 1201, effective October 11, 2020. These amendments update the mailing and delivery addresses for the Office of the State Bank Commissioner and remove references to former regulation numbers. The order classifies these changes as nonsubstantive adjustments to style, form, or technical errors, exempting them from standard procedural requirements. Resulting branches of out-of-state banks must submit the Franchise Tax Report to the Office of the State Bank Commissioner on or before January 30, with deadlines potentially extended per Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council guidelines.
