Final Order Adopting Amended State Bank Commissioner Regulations Including Report of Delaware Loan Volume
The State Bank Commissioner adopts amended Regulations 2101, 2102, 2103, 2104, 2105, 2106, 2201, 2202, 2203, 2204, 2205, 2206, 2901, 2902, 2903, and 2904 as proposed, with an effective date of April 11, 2014. No written comments were received during the public consultation period that ended on March 5, 2014.
