Final Order — Bella Venice LLC and Andre Smith
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement resolving allegations that Bella Venice LLC d/b/a Bella Nissan of Venice and Andre Smith engaged in unlicensed motor vehicle retail installment seller activity from February 9, 2026, through April 29, 2026. The Petitioners must pay an administrative fine of $2,000 and cease and desist from violations of chapter 520, Florida Statutes. In exchange, the Office shall issue the Petitioners' motor vehicle retail installment seller license within one business day of the Final Order's date.
