Final Order — Envios 22-24, Inc. and Francisco A. Ortega
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement resolving violations by Envios 22-24, Inc. and Francisco Ortega, including failure to segregate customer property, provide accurate money transmission volumes, maintain required surety bonds, and submit annual financial audits. As part of the settlement, the respondents must cease and desist from future violations of Chapter 560, Florida Statutes, and are barred from acting as an affiliated party of any licensed money services business or applying for a new license for fifteen years.
