Final Order In Re Drake Allen Beaulieu Case Number 128861
This Final Order approves and incorporates a Stipulation and Consent Agreement regarding loan originator license number 1049535 held by Drake Allen Beaulieu. The Office agrees to approve pending renewal applications for calendar year 2025 or 2026, whereas future renewal requests such as for calendar year 2027 must undergo the regular process. Respondent withdraws his request for an administrative hearing and waives rights to separately stated findings of fact, notice of rights, and contesting the validity of the agreement terms. Failure to comply with the terms may result in the issuance of an emergency cease and desist order pursuant to chapters 120 and 494, Florida Statutes.
