Final Order — Lumin Lending Inc. Case 133111
The Office of Financial Regulation approves and incorporates by reference the Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Lumin Lending Inc., resolving the matter without a hearing. Lumin Lending Inc. must cease and desist from violations of chapter 494, Florida Statutes, and comply with all provisions of that chapter and its promulgated rules. The Office dismisses the Notice of Intent to Deny the application for a mortgage lender license and forbears from further litigation. Non-compliance with the agreement may result in an emergency cease and desist order and other administrative actions.
