Final Order — Money Services Business
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with CT Payer LLC, resolving allegations that the entity engaged in unlicensed money transmitter activity from December 31, 2018, through January 14, 2026. CT Payer LLC must pay a $29,000 administrative fine in three installments and cease all violations of Chapter 560, Florida Statutes. In exchange, the Office will approve the entity's Part II Money Transmitter application and issue the license within one business day of the Final Order.
