The Office of Financial Regulation approves and incorporates by reference the Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Keefe Commissary Network, LLC d/b/a Access Corrections, resolving findings that the entity failed to timely report bank account openings or closures in violation of Rule 69V-560.201(2) and section 560.126(2). The Respondent is required to pay an administrative fine of $3,500 upon execution of the agreement and must cease and desist from future violations of chapter 560, Florida Statutes. The entry of this Final Order concludes the matter and waives the Respondent's rights to an administrative hearing or further contestation of the agreement's terms.
