SAID RESPONSE MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE OFFICE NO LATER THAN 5:00 P.M. ON THE TWENTY-FIRST DAY AFTER THE RECEIPT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLAINT. 6. The Office served Respondents with the Complaint via U.S. Certified Mail on September 21, 2026. (Exhibit B).
7. Respondents' written response to the Complaint was due by October 12, 2026. To date, the Office has not received a written response to the Complaint.
