The Office of Financial Regulation approves and incorporates a Stipulation and Consent Agreement resolving Case Number 135154 against I Finance Florida, LLC and Alexander Jose Gandarilla. The Respondents consent to findings that they failed to timely submit mortgage call reports for the quarters ending June 30, 2024, and December 31, 2024, in violation of section 494.004(2), Florida Statutes. The Respondents are required to pay an administrative fine of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) upon execution of the agreement and must cease and desist from future violations of chapter 494, Florida Statutes. The Final Order waives the Respondents' rights to an administrative hearing or further litigation regarding the validity of the agreement's terms.
