Final Order — Mortgage Broker
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with BMA Mortgage, LLC and Monica Luz Lopez, resolving violations for failing to timely submit mortgage call reports for the quarter ending September 30, 2024. The Respondents are required to pay an administrative fine of $750.00 and agree to cease and desist from future violations of chapter 494, Florida Statutes. By consenting to this Final Order, the Respondents waive their rights to an administrative hearing, notice of rights, and the ability to contest the terms of the agreement.
