Final Order — Motor Vehicle Retail Installment
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Riva Space Coast, Inc. d/b/a Riva Motorsports Space Coast and Michael Martin, resolving allegations that they engaged in unlicensed motor vehicle retail installment seller activity from August 1, 2023, through May 15, 2026. The Petitioners are required to pay an administrative fine of $3,000 and cease and desist from violations of Chapter 520, Florida Statutes. Upon execution of the agreement, the Office must issue the Petitioners' motor vehicle retail installment seller license within one business day.
