Final Order — Motor Vehicle Retail Installment
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement resolving allegations that Colima Auto Sales LDR Inc and Daniel Ramirez engaged in unlicensed motor vehicle retail installment seller activity from January 1, 2023, through May 4, 2026. The respondents are required to pay a $2,000 administrative fine and cease and desist from violations of Chapter 520, Florida Statutes. In exchange, the Office will approve their pending licensure application and issue the license within one business day of the Final Order's entry.
