Final Order — Motor Vehicle Retail Installment
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement resolving allegations that Dixie-Defuniak, L.L.C. d/b/a Great American RV Superstores and Gregory Lala engaged in unlicensed motor vehicle retail installment seller activity from January 1, 2025, through April 29, 2026. The Petitioners are required to pay an administrative fine of $3,000 and cease and desist from violations of Chapter 520, Florida Statutes. In exchange, the Office agrees to approve and issue the Petitioners' motor vehicle retail installment seller license within one business day of the Final Order's entry.
