The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Skyway RV LLC and Charles Kleinmetz, finding they engaged in unlicensed motor vehicle retail installment seller activity from October 1, 2019, through June 30, 2026. The parties must pay an administrative fine of $2,500 and cease violations of chapter 520, Florida Statutes. The Office is ordered to issue the petitioners' motor vehicle retail installment seller license within one business day of the Final Order's date.
