Final Order — Motor Vehicle Retail Installment
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Cycle Springs Power Sports, LLC and its officers, resolving allegations that they engaged in unlicensed motor vehicle retail installment seller activity from May 1, 2023, through April 23, 2026. The Petitioners are required to pay an administrative fine of $5,000 and cease and desist from violating Chapter 520, Florida Statutes. In exchange, the Office agrees to approve and issue their motor vehicle retail installment seller license within one business day of the Final Order's entry.
