Final Order — Motor Vehicle Retail Installment
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order against Premier Motorcar Gallery Inc and its owner Thomas Bianco to resolve violations of Chapter 520, Florida Statutes. The Respondents consented to findings that they failed to remit consumer tag, title, and registration fees to the Department of Revenue and failed to notify the Office of an officer addition. As part of the settlement, the Respondents agreed to pay a $1,000 administrative fine and comply with all future statutory requirements in lieu of further litigation.
