Final Order — Motor Vehicle Retail Installment
The Office of Financial Regulation approves a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Katrib, LLC and Ziad El Katrib, finding they engaged in unlicensed motor vehicle retail installment seller activity from March 2, 2018, through May 20, 2026. The Petitioners must pay an administrative fine of $3,000 and cease and desist from violating Chapter 520, Florida Statutes. In exchange, the Office will approve their motor vehicle retail installment seller application and issue the license within one business day of the Final Order.
