Final Order — Retail Installment Seller
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order approving a Stipulation and Consent Agreement with Carico International, LLC and Richard R. Cappadona regarding unlicensed retail installment seller activity. The respondents agreed to pay a $4,500 administrative fine and cease violations of Chapter 520, Florida Statutes, in exchange for the Office forbearing from further litigation.
