Final Order Revoking Money Services Business License and Imposing Fine
The Florida Office of Financial Regulation issued a Final Order against Baker's Management Properties Inc., d/b/a Down South Beverages & Check Cashing, and Vernon Dixon II for violating Chapter 560, Florida Statutes. The Respondents waived their right to an administrative hearing by failing to respond to the Administrative Complaint within the required timeframe. Consequently, the Office ordered the immediate revocation of their Money Services Business license and imposed an administrative fine of $44,575.
