Final Report: ESMA’s Technical Advice to the Commission on the impact of the inducements and costs and charges disclosure requirements under MiFID II

The document transmits ESMA’s final advice to the European Commission regarding the impact of inducements and costs and charges disclosure requirements under MiFID II. ESMA proposes changes to the inducements regime to improve investor protection and advises scaling back certain disclosure obligations for eligible counterparties and professional investors.
