Final Report on Consumer Testing of SFDR Disclosures in Italy, Poland, the Netherlands, and France

The European Supervisory Authorities propose Regulatory Technical Standards amending the SFDR Delegated Regulation to extend mandatory principal adverse impact (PAI) social indicators, including a EUR 750 million revenue threshold for tax jurisdiction earnings and tobacco exposure. The draft introduces mandatory disclosures of greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets for Article 9 products and simplified disclosures for those tracking EU Climate benchmarks, with a maximum five-year interval between targets. Additional amendments require disclosing the share of PAI data based on estimates, aligning indicator definitions with ESRS terminology, and mandating machine-readable format for disclosures.
