Financial Institutions to Notify Relevant Agencies Upon Receiving, Releasing, or Continuing Warning Account Notifications

Financial institutions are now required to notify the Joint Credit Information Center (JCIC) when they receive notifications of warning accounts, or when such warnings are released or continued. This directive is effective immediately. Furthermore, financial institutions already part of the Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. (FISC) joint defense broadcast mechanism must also report this information to FISC in accordance with its regulations. This requirement is based on specific articles of the "Regulations Governing Deposit Accounts and Their Suspected Illegal or Clearly Abnormal Transactions."
