This regulation establishes the management guidelines for corporate-structured mutual funds in Indonesia, transferring regulatory authority from the Capital Market Supervisory Agency to the Financial Services Authority (OJK). It mandates the appointment of investment managers, requires board approval for management contracts and key policy changes, and imposes specific investment restrictions, such as limiting holdings in foreign equities to 15% of net asset value and prohibiting short sales. The document also outlines administrative sanctions for violations and officially repeals the previous 2002 guidelines issued by the former regulatory body.

CONCERNING
GUIDELINES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF CORPORATE-STRUCTURED MUTUAL FUNDS
I. GENERAL
Since December 31, 2012, the functions, duties, and authority for the regulation and supervision of financial services activities in the capital market, insurance, pension funds, financing institutions, and other financial service institutions have transferred from the Minister of Finance and the Capital Market Supervisory Agency and Financial Institutions to the Financial Services Authority.
In relation to the above, it is necessary to reorganize the existing regulatory structure, particularly those related to the capital market sector, by converting Capital Market Supervisory Agency and Financial Institutions Regulations related to the capital market sector into Financial Services Authority Regulations. This reorganization is conducted to ensure that there are Financial Services Authority Regulations regarding the capital market sector that are consistent with Financial Services Authority Regulations in other sectors.
Based on the background and aspects mentioned above, it is necessary to replace the capital market sector regulations governing guidelines for the management of Corporate-Structured Mutual Funds, namely the Decision of the Head of the Capital Market Supervisory Agency Number Kep-13/PM/2002 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Corporate-Structured Mutual Funds, along with Regulation Number IV.A.3 which is its attachment, into a Financial Services Authority Regulation concerning Guidelines for the Management of Corporate-Structured Mutual Funds.
