FSC Urges TCI to Remain Vigilant Against Scam Calls
The Turks and Caicos Islands Financial Services Commission warns the public against fraudulent telephone calls where perpetrators spoof official logos to extract personal or banking information. The Commission mandates that individuals and businesses never disclose passwords, PINs, one-time passcodes, or full account numbers to unsolicited callers. Recipients of such calls are required to hang up immediately, record incident details, and report the fraud to the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force and the FSC using official contact channels.
