WHEREAS:

File No. 2024004892 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 365-2024-SMV/10.2 dated 21 March 2024 from the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by means of writings submitted up to 19 March 2024, Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the registration of the "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Duración Objetivo Latam FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation submitted, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37, 38, 68 and 69 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies; (ii) Superintendency Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, as developed in Report No. 365-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- To order the registration of the mutual fund for investment in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Duración Objetivo Latam FMIV", its simplified prospectus and the annex to the participation regulation in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Superintendency of the Securities Market recommends the subscription of units of the aforementioned mutual fund for investment in securities or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos must send to the Superintendency of the Securities Market the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex to the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution that approves the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- To transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
