File No. 2025004451, as well as Internal Report No. 512-2025-SMV/11.1, from the General Superintendent of Conduct Supervision of the Adjunct Superintendence of Market Conduct Supervision. Considering:
That, by means of a written request submitted on January 31, 2025, Bosques Amazónicos S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence – SMV, through the Single Window system, the registration of the common shares representing its social capital in the Public Registry of the Securities Market – RPMV and in the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange – RBVL; That, from the review carried out on the information and documentation presented by Bosques Amazónicos S.A., it is appreciated that in the General Shareholders' Meeting of Bosques Amazónicos S.A., held on August 26, 2024, it was agreed, among other things, the registration of the common shares representing the social capital of the aforementioned company in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and in the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange; That, in accordance with what is established in article 7, paragraph 7.3, of the Regulations on Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and in the Trading Wheel, approved by SMV Resolution No. 031-2012-SMV/01 and its modifying norms, the Lima Stock Exchange S.A., through Letter EMI-055/2025, informed the SMV of the conclusions of its evaluation of the documentation and information presented by Bosques Amazónicos S.A. for the purposes of the procedure; That, on April 11, 2025, Bosques Amazónicos S.A. completed the documentation and information requirements observed by the Securities Market Superintendence – SMV, complying with the requirements required by article 8 of the Regulations on Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and in the Trading Wheel; That, in accordance with what is established in articles 3 and 210 of the Single Text of the Law of the Securities Market, Legislative Decree No. 861, approved by Supreme Decree No. 020-2023-EF, any limitation to the free transferability of securities contained in the statutes has no legal effect

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml once the securities are registered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, the accounting register of the securities clearing and settlement institution shall prevail, with respect to any other register of the issuing company of said securities; That, article 7, paragraph 6, of the Policy on Dissemination of Regulatory Projects, General Legal Norms, Early Agenda and Other Administrative Acts of the SMV, approved by SMV Resolution No. 014-2014- SMV/01 and its amendments, establishes that the decisions contained in the administrative resolutions that resolve, among others, the registration of securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, must be subject to dissemination through the Institutional Website of the SMV on the Digital Platform of the Peruvian State for Citizen Orientation (www.gob.pe/smv); and, Being in accordance with what is provided for in article 19 and following of the Single Text of the Law of the Securities Market, articles 6, 7 and 8 of the Regulations on Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and in the Trading Wheel; as well as article 46, paragraph 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifying norms, which empowers the General Superintendent of Conduct Supervision to order the registration of securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market. Resolves:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the common shares
representing the social capital of Bosques Amazónicos S.A. in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, under the responsibility of the Securities Market Superintendence.
Article 2nd.- Rule in favor of the registration of the
securities indicated in the preceding article in the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange.
Article 3rd.- The registration of the securities referred to
in this resolution has not involved administrative activities of verification or inspection, nor of audit of the information presented, nor an examination of the economic – financial situation of the issuer, in accordance with what is provided for in article 21 of the Single Text of the Law of the Securities Market. Likewise, the registration of the aforementioned securities does not imply certification by the Securities Market Superintendence – SMV regarding their goodness, the solvency of the issuer, nor regarding the risks of the security or the offer; being the issuer responsible for the veracity of the information presented to the market, in accordance with what is established by articles 13 and 24 of the Single Text of the Law of the Securities Market.
Article 4th.- Disseminate this resolution on the Institutional
Website of the SMV on the Digital Platform of the Peruvian State for Citizen Orientation (www.gob.pe/smv).
