General Superintendent of Market Conduct Resolution No. 036-2026-SMV/11.1
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores orders the exclusion from the Public Registry of the Securities Market of the securities titled "Second Issuance of the Fifth Program of Negotiable Deposit Certificates of CrediScotia Financiera" and the emission program titled "Fifth Program of Negotiable Deposit Certificates of CrediScotia Financiera" due to the total cancellation of obligations, expiration of the program's validity period, and cessation of public interest. The resolution also approves the exclusion of these securities from the Lima Stock Exchange's Securities Register and mandates the publication of the decision on the SMV's institutional website.
